Shannon has spent more than sixteen years as an administrative professional at the University of North Georgia (ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½). She has worked in various settings at ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ including the Registrar’s Office, School of Arts & Letters, Honors Program, Graduate Studies, Academic Affairs, Regional Campus Administration, and Strategic Impact and Engagement. She currently serves as the Program Manager for Strategic Support.

Shannon earned a Bachelor of Science degree in social science from ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ in 1999.
